I don't know why it took me so long to try making lentils. They're so easy to cook, and you can serve them so many ways. The lentil soup recipe I shared last week reawakened my interest in this colorful legume, so I decided to see what other recipes our Meatless Friday archives included. Each of the recipes below has a free printable recipe card for you to use and share.
