We looked around in the Catholic Mom archives for ways your family can honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus, from treats to crafts to prayers and more.
How will your family honor the Sacred Heart today?
Today is the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. That means that if you go to Mass today, you’ll recite the Gloria and hear readings from both the Old and New Testaments, along with a responsorial psalm, before the Gospel reading.
It also means that today is not a meatless Friday. (See Canon 1251 of the Code of Canon Law)
We looked around in the Catholic Mom archives to find some treats and crafts you can enjoy with your family today!
