We're kicking off summer with a selection of main-dish salads you can enjoy for a lunch or dinner picnic.

It's the first official weekend of summer, so it's time to savor some lighter dishes that won't require you to spend lots of time in the kitchen when you'd rather be enjoying summer's beautiful weather. Get the kids to help assemble the salad and encourage them to think up their own variations on the recipes!
